1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Or adjustment on your next order (for Cash on Delivery orders)


4. Exchange Policy

  • We offer replacement instead of refund for damaged or incorrect items

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability


5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), we cover return shipping

  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
